Job Description

As part of the Corporate Secretariat Team, you will provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to the Group's portfolio of entities, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters including preparation of Board resolutions, documents and minutes of meetings
  • Coordinating and supporting the logistics and administration of Board Meetings
  • Preparing and submitting statutory filings with ACRA, including the incorporation of Singapore private limited companies, annual returns with XBRL and other regulatory lodgements
  • Maintaining and updating the statutory records for the Group's entities in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with the Companies Act 1967
  • Liaising with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties
  • Assisting with other general corporate secretarial and administrative duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • CSIS certification with at least 5 years experience in corporate secretarial roles work
  • Experience in public listed company would be a bonus
  • Knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and listing regulations
  • Familiar with ACRA biz-filing system
  • Meticulous and good team worker
  • Good planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude at work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Word
