Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, DCS, PLC and automation.
- Lead plant turnarounds form committees, plan and run meetings to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget execution.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical or recurring equipment issues, conduct hands-on equipment repairs on-site if needed.
- Oversee maintenance work requests via CMMS (NetSuite), manage spare parts (MRP, procurement, annual stock take).
- Support Manager in annual CAPEX budgeting schedule and implement CAPEX projects, propose reliability and sustainability improvements.
- Develop and schedule preventive/predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Production, HSSEI, Supply Chain, and Laboratory divisions.
- Manage instrument/equipment calibration and maintain updated documentation.
- Maintain and update maintenance procedures and instructions.
- Coordinate site work and projects with contractors and suppliers.
- Plan training to enhance the maintenance team's competency.
- Participate in HSEQ management systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Instrument or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of petrochemical industry experience in maintenance and projects.
- Able to read engineering drawings, electrical line & control diagrams, and PLC/DCS programs.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and a team player.
