Business Finance & Analytics Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor event KPIs and business performance metrics.

• Monitor and report Marketing ROI performance.

• Conduct event post-mortem reviews and performance analysis.

• Track and report realised savings and business benefits from approved initiatives.

• Prepare KPI dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.

• Coordinate with IT on reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.

• Perform data analysis and provide business performance insights.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of performance reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
