Job Description

Train staff to maintain consistent food quality and customer service standards
Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to ensure authentic Japanese cuisine quality
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas regularly to maintain hygiene and operational standards
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to service and food quality promptly and effectively
Establish and enforce performance standards for personnel and customer service excellence
Schedule staff shifts and assign duties to optimize restaurant operations
Perform administrative tasks to support daily restaurant management
Collaborate with and support the Japanese director in operational and strategic initiatives
