Job Description

  • Conduct interviews and hire employees to build a skilled restaurant team

  • Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to ensure authentic Japanese cuisine quality
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas regularly to maintain hygiene and operational standards
