Assistant Manager (IT System & Cybersecurity)

Temasek Laboratories@NTU (TL@NTU) explore frontiers in science and develops strategic technologies to enhance the defence and security of Singapore. TL@NTU forms part of the defence technology community in Singapore alongside DSO National Laboratories, Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Temasek Laboratories @ NUS and @SUTD and the local defence industry.

The administration team is seeking an IT cybersecurity individual to contribute to the following areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and secure IT infrastructure and systems.

• Monitor system performance and respond to cyber incidents.

• Implement access controls, patching, and security measures.

• Support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

• Ensure stable and secure IT operations across TL@NTU and NTU.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system.

• 3-5 years experience in:

  - Cybersecurity operations.

  - Information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

  - IT infrastructure security management.

• Experience in supporting:

  - Security certification and compliance programmes (e.g. ISO27001, Cyber Trust Mark).
  - Cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.

  - Implementation of security controls and policies.
