DORS houses over 100 brands in these categories, making it Singapore's largest physical one-stop shopping destination for local labels.
DORSe is the AI-powered digital channel that will fuel the growth of DORS through the merging of both digital and physical channels.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager, Inventory and Fulfilment (Maternity Cover) to oversee omni-channel inventory operations, stock management, supplier relationships, and fulfilment processes on a 3.5 month temporary contract. This role is integral to ensuring optimal stock availability, seamless order fulfilment, and operational efficiency across our retail and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Analysis
- Oversee stock levels and replenishment cycles for both retail and e-commerce.
- Lead regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation exercises to ensure accuracy.
- Manage supplier/vendor coordination for deliveries, returns, and stock issues.
- Drive organisation and efficiency in stockroom operations, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Analyse inventory data to highlight trends, overstocking, and underperforming brands.
- Prepare reports and propose action plans for brand portfolio decisions.
Order Fulfilment & E-commerce
- Supervise the fulfilment of online orders, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in pick, pack, and ship processes.
- Oversee relationships with logistics partners, including SLAs for shipping, tracking, and returns.
- Ensure e-commerce systems are updated for product listings and stock accuracy.
- Work with the e-commerce team to improve fulfilment processes and customer experience.
Retail Operations Leadership
- Support and supervise daily retail operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with standards.
- Work closely with visual merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation.
- Provide operational leadership for in-store promotions, activations, and events.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and operations records for audits and management review.
- Lead reporting cycles for inventory, fulfilment, and retail operations KPIs.
- Oversee processing of invoices, POs, and returns with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to align inventory and operations across retail and online channels.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in inventory management, retail operations, or fulfilment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable with handling inventory systems and e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically able to handle stock movement, including lifting and organizing inventory.
