We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Information Systems to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects within the company. This role ensures that the right systems are selected, implemented, and effectively used to support business operationsparticularly those related to real estate processes.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of IT systems.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Research and evaluate system solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage change initiatives to prepare users for new systems or upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing network infrastructure and providing end-user support.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record inmanaging ERP, Property Management Systems, or related enterprise solutions.
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of real estate business processes.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
