Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily transport operations, including fleet scheduling, driver management, and route planning.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Prepare operational reports, track performance, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
- Support the Operations Manager in administrative and project tasks.
Requirement Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations support, logistics, or transportation industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of ERP/logistics systems is an advantage.
