Job Description

Responsibilities:

Senior Executives Management

  1. Coordinate the annual Performance Management and Management Development Review exercises.
  2. Administer and monitor employees benefits and entitlements, including executive health screening and health insurance.
  3. Prepare employment and consultancy contracts, as well as HR-related documents for senior executives.
  4. Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system for personnel records and other confidential documents

Payroll

  1. Liaise with the payroll vendor and manage the full payroll cycle independently for locally based senior executives, including preparation of fund requests and budget submissions.
  2. Coordinate with the payroll vendor on consultancy payments, both local and overseas.
  3. Attend to external auditors queries related to payroll matters.

HR Operations

  1. Provide the full spectrum of HR support and services to the assigned Business Unit(s).


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Independent, meticulous, and able to work well under deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage management and handle confidential matters with discretion.
