Job Purpose
This role supports the delivery of end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and core HR processes. While recruitment is a key component, the role is not purely talent acquisition-focused, given the nature of the school environment.
The incumbent is expected to be hands-on in execution, supporting workforce needs, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to process improvements and knowledge management.

Recruitment & Workforce Support:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting coordination, interview scheduling, and offer administration
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Support employer branding efforts where relevant
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring processes.
Onboarding & Staff Experience:
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely completion of documentation
- Conduct HR orientation for new hires
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration into the school
HR Operations (Core):
- Administer Work Pass applications and WICA matters
- Maintain and update HR records and systems
- Prepare regular reports (e.g. headcount, staff movement)
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
Process Improvement & Projects:
- Support review and updating of HR SOPs
- Participate in HR improvement initiatives (e.g. process streamlining, system enhancements)
- Assist in documentation and knowledge management effort

Requirements
- A good Degree in HR or any discipline
- Candidates should have 2-3 years supervisory experience.
- Hands-on and people-oriented personality
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.
