About Our Client
Our client is a renowned global hospitality and lifestyle group with a strong regional footprints. With their HQ located in Singapore, they are currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support its regional and international operations through shared services, brand development, and talent-focused initiatives.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities for regional and local employees in partnership with outsourced providers
- Oversee key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exits
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Support core HR cycles, including performance reviews and annual compensation processes
- Administer employee benefits, insurance plans, and leave governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies
- Drive employee engagement activities and support well-being and recognition initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong grounding in operations, payroll, and HR administration, preferably in a B2C environment
- Solid understanding of employment regulations and HRIS tools
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and data handling
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Meticulous, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
