Job Description

At the Human Resources team, we believe in developing and implementing HR initiatives that influence and support the organisational vision and growth. We partner with our leaders to envision, develop and execute HR strategies to transform the eldercare sector.   • Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
  • Actively work with the relevant HR Teams (Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes.
  • Actively participate and lead the review/enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating processes.
  • Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters.
  • Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems.
  • Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalise HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Preferably has a valid IHRP certification
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
  • 6 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

  • Proven track record in delivering people initiatives and contributing to the success of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing priorities.
  • Willing to work at multiple locations/office sites.
