Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytical HR professional to join the HR team supporting manpower planning initiatives for a new healthcare facility. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR teams to support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and manpower analytics as the organisation prepares for operational readiness and hospital opening.

You will act as a key HR partner, providing data-driven insights and workforce analysis to support manpower strategies across multiple healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyse data from HR systems to produce manpower reports and dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to support manpower projections and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate manpower establishment records and budgeted FTE data for hiring and reporting purposes.

  • Review and validate manpower projections and workforce establishment plans.

  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting within HR systems and tracking files.

  • Provide data analytics insights to support workforce planning decisions.

  • Participate in HR projects or initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR or manpower planning in Healthcare industry.

  • Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior role.

  • Experience with data visualisation or workforce analytics tools is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with data.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
