Job Description

• Take on a dynamic role in daily operations, including budgeting, recruitment, training, and overall departmental performance
• Lead and supervise a team of frontline officers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to policies and guidelines
• Support the achievement of the hospital's strategic goals and objectives
• Participate in planning, coordinating, and monitoring improvement initiatives within the department or hospital
• Handle patient feedback and implement interventions to enhance service quality and patient experience

Job Requirements

• Degree/Master's in any discipline
• Prior experience in hospital operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
