Salary: Up to $5,000/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Location: Queenstown
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned service point operations, including front counter and administrative functions
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to address system and process challenges
- Work alongside department managers to enhance patient experience throughout the care journey
- Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and meet regulatory standards
- Partner with Operations and Admin managers to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement innovative service improvements to exceed customer expectations
- Achieve volume and financial targets by developing business plans with clinical leaders
- Oversee budgeting and financial reviews in coordination with clinical heads
- Lead and manage a team of non-nursing staff, including recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention
- Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management
- Participate in committees and undertake additional duties as assigned
- Engage in job rotations across different operational areas after 3 years
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare operational experience is a plus)
- Min 2 years experience managing frontline staff
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
