Assistant Manager, Health Informatics #HHLT

Pay: Up to $5,000

Location: Queenstown

Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Scope

. Oversee daily operations of allied health departments and front counter services

. Manage budgeting, expenditures, and procurement and handle risk management and audit matters

. Monitor service utilisation and optimise resources

. Track KPIs and drive continuous service improvements

. Support IT strategy, including cloud systems and cost optimisation and upgrade systems and automate workflows

. Prepare and implement IT workplans with stakeholders

. Manage EPIC system changes and user requests

. Support system integrations and ensure data/security compliance

. Maintain IT infrastructure, reporting, data extraction and conduct audits

. Manage vendor contracts and system support

. Review and implement IT SOPs and business continuity plans

Requirements

. Minimum Degree in healthcare management or related studies

. Minimum 4 years of experience or relevant qualifications in healthcare informatics systems.

. Prior hospital operations experience with works involving budgeting, procurement and data analytics will be advantage

. Good understanding of information security policies, network security and firewall administration
