Job Summary
Support the Health Insurance department's growth by delivering accurate quotations, underwriting risks per guidelines, conducting market research, and leading client presentations and training to advance healthcare strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate quotations and renewal terms for individual and corporate health insurance clients to support sales growth
- Underwrite and accept risks in compliance with company guidelines to ensure portfolio quality and risk management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product training sessions to clients to enhance product understanding and sales effectiveness
- Review policy wordings to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with regulatory and company standards
- Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives that drive departmental growth and strategic objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate in Health Insurance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Tertiary qualification, preferably with a professional insurance qualification
