Job Duties

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement

Negotiating all trade conditions with buyers and sellers.

Trading in domestic, import, export, and trade among three countries.

Reserving foreign currency exchanges.

Inventory checking at overseas warehouse.

Credit risk management and financial analysis.

Guidance and training of subordinates with personnel management.

Frequent overseas business trip alone with short notice to all over the world.

Propose raw materials to Japanese manufacturers around the world

New Business Development of Second-grade Products in Southeast Asia

Skills/Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Ferrous raw materials.

Deep understanding of Ferrous raw materials market.

Working experience in trading company.

Working experience at least Sales Manager level.

Bachelor degree or above required.

Language skills of Japanese and Chinese. Only Japanese language is available in order to communicate with Japanese HQ's.

Sufficient knowledge about Legal to negotiate contract condition and so on.

Sufficient knowledge about credit to analyze customer's financial statement.

Knowledge about international trading including triangular trade.

Knowledge about L/C, TTR bank settlement and international transportation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Excellent personal connection with Japanese steel manufactures.

Excellent personal connection with Japanese steel scrap wholesaler

Excellent personal connection with Chinese shipping companies.

Professional Experience in trading Japanese-origin ferrous raw materials to domestic markets

Experience in exporting Japanese-origin ferrous raw materials to Asian markets

Experience in import steel products to Japan

Professional Experience in trading Secondary steel products to domestic markets

Experience in import Secondary steel products to Japan
