Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end grant administration including application assessment, content evaluation, budget management, and compliance monitoring
Serve as a key point of contact for grant enquiries
Organize engagement sessions and provide guidance to support grant applicants
Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required
Ensure compliance with grant policies, regulatory requirements, and accurate documentation for audit purposes
Monitor project deliverables and manage budgets according to established procedures
Maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
Working Arrangement:
Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Mon to Thu (9:00 am to 6:30pm), Fri (9:00 am to 6:00pm)
Location: Beach Road
Salary: Up to $3800/Month
Requirements & Skills:
Degree in Public/Business Administration, Social Sciences, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Communications, or related fields
Previous experience in grants administration, public sector roles, or community project management preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate grant applications objectively
Excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience with budget management and compliance monitoring
Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office suite and digital platforms
Demonstrated ability to communicate grant requirements clearly and conduct stakeholder engagement confidently
