Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with invested entities, mainly terminals, inland depots, and other non-terminal group companies under GTM on a regular basis to review operating and financial performance
- Assist in monitoring operational KPIs and analysing performance gaps
- Prepare and/or present regular updates on the performance of the terminals, and other related projects and/or discussions
- Review company's annual budget, including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvals
- Analysis of financial performance (budget vs actual)
- Take charge of various corporate administrative work and shareholder matters
- Work across departments to manage various aspects of companies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related disciplines
- 5 years of professional working experience, with good knowledge of financial statement analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Vlookup, Waterfall Chart) and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, able to work across departments and with global teams
- Experience in container terminal/ depot industries preferred
