Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing retail store development and construction projects ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and budget compliance.
- Oversees new store openings, renovations, fixture installations, and roll out projects while coordinating with landlords, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Monitors project schedules, budgets, tendering processes, site inspections, and construction progress to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements.
- Provides technical support for store maintenance, prepares project reports, and contributes to cost tracking and continuous process improvements.
- This role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently, with frequent regional travel.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in retail construction, fit-out management, and store opening projects.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable, with sound decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willing to travel extensively, with up to 50% regional travel required.
