Lead Country Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to drive brand value, customer loyalty, and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, commercial teams, and external agencies, to align marketing activities with corporate objectives.
- Lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. Content Development and Marketing Operations:
- Develop marketing materials to highlight the company's value propositions, unique selling points, and case studies.
- Drive content creation such as articles, videos, and marketing decks to engage customers and showcase key offerings.
- Work with external agencies and production companies for the creation of high-quality marketing content.
- Leverage marketing automation tool (Eloqua) to enhance customer communications and evaluate campaign performance.
- Manage digital channels, including website and social media platforms to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Serve as primary contact for media requests, managing media coverage to maximize brand visibility. Event and Campaign Management:
- Plan, lead, and execute virtual and in-person marketing events and exhibitions.
- Identify and create marketing opportunities in line with the marketing calendar and business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferability in a fast-paced, multi-cultural MNC environment
- Prior experience in B2B communication and logistics-related fields would be an advantage.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Passionate, results-driven, creative, meticulous, and digital savvy.
