About the Roles

As the Group enters a phase of rapid expansion, we are strengthening our finance function to deliver a more strategic and transformational role by closely partnering all business units and the senior management team. To support this initiative, we are looking for an Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to take ownership of core finance operations and analysis, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into tangible, on-the-ground impact.

The Assistant Manager, FP&A will act as a bridge between Finance and Business through thoughtful planning and analysis, budgeting, and effective fund management. The role will contribute to informed decision-making and the alignment of financial priorities with business objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support business planning and analysis by preparing financial data, reports, and key metrics
  • Partner with business heads by providing timely and accurate figures to support day-to-day operations and business performance
  • Assist in budgeting, including tracking performance against budget and highlighting variances
  • Monitor performance at a detailed level, including cost drivers and operational metrics
  • Track cash flow and support fund management activities
  • Flag issues or deviations early and ensure data accuracy across reports

Continuous Improvement & Business Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes
  • Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

About You

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/ACMA)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, including exposure to business planning and analysis
  • Prior experience working with business leaders will be a strong advantage
  • Sound knowledge of internal controls, of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules
  • Microsoft office skills with strong Excel knowledge
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Strong sense of curiosity and desire to make improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player

Renumeration and Benefits
