Your role as a Financial Services Tax Assistant Manager
You will assist with tax research and supporting with the production of advice regarding tax technical matters, reviewing and supervising preparation of tax computations/filling. You will participating in tax workstreams in relations to M&A transactions. In addition to preparation of proposals and presentations and assisting with business development.
In your role, you will also be expected understand the goals of the internal and external stakeholder to set personal priorities as well as aligning your team to achieve objectives. You will build productive relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a Tax and Finance, Legal or Accounting background. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the financial services sector, however, this is not essential, as you will learn about financial services through both practice and training.
You will have strong analytical skills, good communication skills, proven project management skills and will work well both individually and as a member of a team.
You will seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share your knowledge and experience with others.
