Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Supervise daily financial operations for Singapore entities, ensuring all activities align with corporate budgets and policies.

• Process Improvement: Review and overhaul existing financial controls specifically lead initiatives to streamline Accounts Payable and payment processing.

• Cash Management: Monitor liquidity and manage cash flow to support operational needs while mitigating financial risks.

• Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with FP&A and General Ledger teams for accurate reporting, and act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents, and banks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.

• 5+ years in finance operations with experience in team leadership and managing shared service centers.

• Advanced Excel proficiency is required SAP experience is a significant advantage.

• Comfortable with high-volume workloads and navigating organizational change or ambiguity.
