Assistant Manager, Event & Centre Marketing
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Marketing Director
Work Schedule: Open to discuss on the actual work days because this role would require to work on weekends. Working hours wise is the same as 9am-7pm (unless required for events which are normally 10am-8pm)

Role Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Centre & Event Marketing to drive trial booking growth through on-ground activations, mall marketing and partnerships. This is a performance-driven role. You will own event and centre marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, creating memorable experiences that attract new students, engage existing families, and strengthen Aureus's community footprint, ensuring every activation delivers measurable impact in leads, trials, and ROI.
Primary KPI: Trial bookings generated from events and mall marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Roadshow & Activation Planning and Execution
• Build and execute a monthly events roadmap aligned to trial targets.
• Plan mall campaigns, roadshows, atrium activations, community events, and performance showcases.
• Design high-conversion engagement mechanics to drive trial sign-ups.
• Manage all logistics including venue booking, booth setup, collateral production, staffing, and permit applications.
• Develop pre-event promotional plans in collaboration with the sales teams to maximise footfall and lead capture.
• Track event-level ROI including lead generation, trial booking, cost per lead or trial booked, and enrolment conversion from activations.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and continuously improve playbooks for future activations.
Centre Marketing
• Own the in-centre marketing experience across all Aureus locations, ensuring brand consistency, visual merchandising standards, and a welcoming environment.
• Work with centre operations teams to develop localised marketing initiatives that drive footfall, trial sign-ups, and referrals.
• Produce and manage the distribution of centre-specific collateral including posters, flyers, banners, and more.
• Identify and capitalise on local opportunities relevant to each centre's catchment area (i.e. school events, community boards, neighbourhood activations).
• Support new centre launches with go-to-market plans, opening events, and awareness campaigns.
Mall Advertising
• Plan and execute mall advertising campaigns including lightboxes, digital panels, atrium spaces, and directories across relevant malls.
• Liaise with mall management teams to secure cost-effective or FOC placements, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Partner mall management on seasonal campaigns and school holiday initiatives.
• Coordinate production and installation of out-of-home (OOH) creatives in adherence to mall specifications.
• Monitor ad placement effectiveness and report on visibility, footfall correlation, and lead attribution.
• Manage the mall advertising calendar and budget to ensure optimal spend allocation across locations.
Performance and Reporting
• Track leads, trials, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain marketing trackers and budgets.
• Deliver post-event reports with insights and optimisation plans.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in events marketing, experiential marketing, or retail/centre marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end events or brand activations independently in driving measurable results from activations.
• Experience working with mall operators, property groups, or retail environments is an advantage.
· Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environment, managing vendors, agencies, and external partners with multiple concurrent projects.
• Bonus: background in education, fitness, lifestyle, or family-oriented brands.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Commercially driven, budget-conscious with experience managing and reconciling event/campaign budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills — able to work with internal teams, external vendors, and mall partners.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset — balancing great customer experiences with measurable results.
• Proactive self-starter who can operate independently while keeping key stakeholders aligned.
• Willingness to be present on-ground during events, including weekends and evenings when required.
