The Student Affairs Office (SAO) at NTU is committed to fostering a vibrant and enriching student life experience by collaborating with partners to support students personal growth. This role is responsible for managing SAO's digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and AI-driven solutions. The incumbent will support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initiation through post-implementation support, encompassing planning, coordination, requirements analysis, testing, training, and ongoing operational oversight. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging low-code or no-code platforms to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and advance SAO's strategic objectives.
Drive the end-to-end planning, coordination, and implementation of SaaS and Bespoke systems, in-house applications, and AI-Driven solutions to support SAO's requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders within SAO to understand requirements and develop solutions using low-code or no-code platforms to automate workflows and enhance process efficiency.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Document and enhance business process workflows, functional and technical specifications, and user guides.
Engage with internal teams (workstream members, Centre of IT Service, Student Management System team, etc) and external vendors to facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Gather and analyze business requirements from diverse business users and translate them into system specifications.
Provide end-to-end support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including creating and executing test cases, issue tracking, and troubleshoot issues.
Organize and facilitate training sessions for effective system adoption during rollouts.
Assist in change management to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
Monitor system performance post-go-live and provide first-level support for operational issues.
Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and identify system enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience may also be considered.
Familiarity with higher education systems or Student Affairs/Life processes is an advantage.
Experience in IT project coordination/management, systems implementation, or process automation.
Practical experience in developing solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. iPath, Outsystems, Microsoft Power Platform) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to document systems and processes accurately and clearly.
Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
