Assistant Manager, Development Project Services (Public Healthcare, Architecture) #HCL

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead and supervise team members to complete tasks accurately and on time.

. Coordinate project requirements with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from planning to handover.

. Track and update project schedules, progress, and reports.

. Attend meetings, review design proposals, and provide input on non-clinical functions.

. Assist in resource planning and integrate best practices to meet business objectives.

. Prepare and review presentation materials and documents for stakeholders.

. Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Building, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.

. Strong coordination and communication skills with experience working with users, contractors, and consultants

. Experience in healthcare development projects is an advantage.
