Job Description

Reporting to the Managers of Performance & Development Division, the appointee supports the initiatives and projects of the division in the aspects of Continuing Education Training (CET) curriculum innovation, workplace learning, course quality and statistics and analytics.

The role supports CET curriculum innovation and workplace learning by reviewing and implementing On-the- Job-Training (OJT) Blueprints for Work-Study Programmes and workplace learning projects, curating micro-learning and asynchronous content, and integrating Gen AI tools to enhance teaching and learning. It also oversees course quality and assurance by managing documentation and validation for SSG Course Quality Check (CQC) and SP Academic Quality Management System (AQMS) compliance, ensuring data completeness and timely submissions across schools. In addition, the role strengthens data governance by standardising and managing course data for dashboards, improving data accuracy, reliability, and generating actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:-

. Curate and redesign CET course materials into modular, workplace-integrated and micro-learning formats for adult learners and enterprises.

. Support the 70:30 blended learning initiative by developing interactive asynchronous lessons aligned with pedagogical frameworks.

. Integrate AI-enabled tools into curriculum design to enhance Teaching and Learning (T&L) quality.

. Track implementation progress of curriculum innovations and provide insights to improve adoption and effectiveness.

. Support development and refinement of OJT Blueprints for WSPs, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes, job roles and assessment standards.

. Review company-developed OJT plans and support end-to-end execution of OJT and workplace learning projects.

. Perform data cleaning, standardisation and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of CET dashboard data.

. Maintain a centralised master course list and enhance reports and analytics for better stakeholder insights.

. Verify and validate SSG CQC and AQMS documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely submission.

. Collect and analyse data to support quality assurance.

Requirements:-

. Competent in learning & development, e.g. learning solution design, workplace learning solution design, curriculum design, technology-enabled learning delivery, talent management, performance management, etc.

. Resourceful, proactive, enterprising, persuasive

. Good project management skills and time management

. Strong business writing and communication skills

. Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines

. Preferably more than 5 years of experience in educational institutions of higher learning or/and Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector
