Duties and Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Fundraising
- Support the identification, cultivation and stewardship of corporate partners, foundations and individual donors.
- Assist in securing sponsorships and donations for AHG's key platforms, including the Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA), Singapore Writers Festival (SWF), and year-round programmes.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and pitch materials aligned with partners objectives
Account Management & Stewardship
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring timely delivery of benefits and high-quality engagement.
- Coordinate partner fulfilment, including branding, ticketing, hospitality and reporting. Support the planning and execution of donor and partner engagement initiatives (e.g. receptions, exclusive experiences).
Strategy & Research
- Conduct research on prospective partners and industry trends to support pipeline development. Track partnership performance and contribute to reporting on KPIs and fundraising targets.
- Support the development of partnership strategies and frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments including Programming, Marketing & Communications, Production and Finance teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of partnerships
- Support internal processes including approvals, agreements and compliance requirements
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records of partners, prospects and agreements. Assist with budgeting, invoicing and documentation related to partnerships
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in partnerships, fundraising, account management, or the arts/culture sector is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in partnerships, fundraising, sponsorships, or account management.
- Experience in the arts & culture or nonprofit sector is an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a 2-year contract position.
