About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, commercially focused Assistant Manager - Cruise & Wholesales (Inbound) to aggressively grow our inbound cruise and wholesale business.
This is a revenue-generating role. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing new customers, preparing compelling proposals, and driving monthly and quarterly sales targets - while ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Actively drive new customer acquisition in cruise and wholesale inbound markets
- Prospect, pitch, and convert overseas agents, cruise partners, and corporate accounts
- Prepare customized marketing pitches, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle - lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up
- Identify clear KPIs and consistently achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Expand existing accounts and increase revenue contribution per client
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Leverage social media platforms and digital channels to generate leads and build brand visibility
- Support targeted marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings when required
Operational Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of confirmed cruise and wholesale bookings
- Prepare costings and ensure profitable pricing strategies
- Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive rates and maintain margins
- Ensure smooth execution of services and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inbound travel, cruise, or wholesale business
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Commercially minded with strong margin awareness
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time
