What you will be doing

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support WhiteCoat's strategic, financial, and investor-facing initiatives. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, and wants to contribute directly to shaping the company's growth across multiple markets.

On a Day-to-day Basis, This Means You Will

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparing investor materials, data packs, and presentations.
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to support investment discussions and pitch preparation.
  • Coordinate investor communications and due diligence processes.

M&A & Investments

  • Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Perform market research, financial modeling, and business diligence to assess strategic fit and potential ROI.
  • Assist in post-deal integration planning and monitoring.

Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Strategy

  • Work on cross-functional strategic projects to optimize the company's growth, unit economics, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to monitor KPIs and implement pricing or business model changes (e.g., locum fee structure, product/service offerings).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Five years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for healthcare and interest in digital healthcare innovation is a plus.
