Job Description

Our client is a listed company in Singapore and they have a few job openings for the AM - Corporate Communications(Video Production) position

You will lead the Group's digital storytelling efforts, with a heavy emphasis on video production and multi-channel social media strategy. Your goal is to increase brand exposure by creating platform-optimized content (LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, FB), managing content calendars, and using data analytics to refine the Group's digital presence.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Leadership

  • End-to-End Production: Ideate, capture, and edit short-form videos, infographics, and blog articles.

  • Pipeline Management: Lead the video production strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality visual stories.

  • Platform Optimization: Tailor content specifically for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and the corporate website.

2. Strategy & Channel Management

  • Social Media Oversight: Co-manage day-to-day operations, including content calendars and community monitoring.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to launch digital campaigns across all social touchpoints.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends and competitor moves to keep the Group's content fresh.

3. Performance & Partnerships

  • Reporting: Develop regular reports using data to track performance and inform future content decisions.

  • Collaborations: Identify and manage external partnerships to boost the Group's positive public exposure.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Academic: Degree or Diploma in Communications, Media, or Film Production.

  • Track Record: At least 5 years in social media strategy or digital marketing, ideally with agency experience.

Technical Skills

  • Creative Suite: Mastery of Adobe software, Canva, and Capcut.

  • Modern Tools: Proficiency in Generative AI tools for content creation.

  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms/best practices.

Core Competencies

  • Visual Storytelling: Exceptional writing and copywriting skills paired with an eye for graphic design and animation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and the ability to present data-backed insights to stakeholders.
