Overview

Planning: To lead in developing strategy and implementation plan in increasing screening and vaccination rate in the western population with internal stakeholders and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement strategies to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West.

2.Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies

3. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rates

4.Work with internal stakeholders on the extraction of data and reports from IT system

5.Analysis of data for screening and vaccination

  • Track and analyse screening and vaccination rate in population
  • Analyse data and determine the areas for outreach to increase screening rates

6. Any other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageous
