Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Clinical and Division Leads to develop and refine service plans, providing facilitation, administrative support, and timeline management.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to align on service planning objectives.
- Conduct horizon scanning, data analysis, asset mapping, and care pathway reviews to inform planning decisions.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other teams to translate business and user needs into effective hospital processes.
- Support multi-disciplinary integration, interdepartmental collaboration, and cross-sector partnerships to strengthen service delivery.
- Coordinate with MOH, GCPO, and cluster leadership on service licensing (LMCs), ensuring applications and approvals align with operational timelines.
- Draft and formalize inter-institutional collaboration agreements.
- Track healthcare trends, initiatives, and national strategies to identify opportunities and address service gaps.
- Contribute to the development of Integrated Practice Units and TGCH's unified care approach, enabling seamless, end-to-end patient care.
- Organize and manage meetings, provide secretariat support (agenda setting, minutes, follow-up), and ensure timely completion of planning tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or STEM fields preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital operations is advantageous.
- Experience in service planning, secretariat work, or project management preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent command of English.
- Confident interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
