BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up, selling events, movies, attractions and more. We empower event organisers and venue owners by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door.
We are looking for someone with Client Servicing and insights background to assist the Client Servicing Manager to lead the team. The role is an integral role being part of the business that involves the management and retention of clients, partners and the collaborations within internal and external stakeholders. You would have experience in business development, client servicing and experience in analytics, marketing, customer engagement, marketing planning with approach to marketing needs to be equal parts of logic and magic, rigour and imagination.
What you'll do:
Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, including promoters, venues, and event organisers
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Understand clients event requirements and recommend appropriate ticketing solutions
Proactively manage client expectations and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
Oversee end-to-end ticketing setup for events, including event configuration, pricing, promotions, access controls, and reporting
Monitor ticket sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients
Support on-site event operations where required, including event days and rehearsals
Train, supervisor and support Client Services Executives on ticketing system, processes and service standards
Assist in workload planning and task delegation
Act as a point of escalation for complex client or operational matters

This role would be a good fit if you have:
At least 2-4 years of Events, supervisory and related fields experience.
Diploma or Degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Worked in a start-up would be an added advantage.
