Claudine is a French neo-brasserie by Chef Julien Royer, located on Dempsey Hill. Claudine presents an intimate side of French cuisine and genuine hospitality, inspired by the joys of home.

Key areas of focus - include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all guest experiences for the restaurant
  • To be highly engaging with guests and colleagues on a regular basis to obtain feedbackon quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
  • Engage with guests in conversations so as to build a strong rapport between themselvesand the restaurant
  • Take ownership - effective in dealing with guests accidents, incidents, complaints and preferences
  • Involved in the daily restaurant operations ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
  • Attending to any feedback or complaints
  • Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Participating in and lead training sessions, briefings and team members
  • Managing assigned sections to provide an awesome service experience for all guests
