Assistant Manager, CCO's Office

You will be part of a high-performing and dynamic team looking at the various financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries to achieve its financial objectives.

Job Scope:

. Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives

. Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.

. Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).

. Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives

. Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree or higher in a finance or a related field

. Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies

. Strong communication skills

. Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
