Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled candidate to support the Capital Markets & Investment Services team with financial analysis, deal evaluation, and investment modelling. The role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clear insights that support transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Managing Director for Capital Market and Investment Services within Asia Pacific region in pursuing business development leads
  • Produce Brokers Opinion of Value (BOV)
  • Build financial models across different asset classes and development projects
  • Conduct market research
  • Support transaction leads with financial summaries and pitch materials
  • Assist in due diligence, coordination and preparation of client deliverables
  • Assist team to maintain and expand clientele database across the region
  • Assist team by analyzing the data which helps to identify new business opportunities, and survey clients needs and trends.

Requirements

  • 35 years experience in related industries
  • Degree holder preferably in Real Estate, Finance or business
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Understanding of real estate investment metrics and valuation principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detailoriented, selfdriven, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English, a second language in Chinese or Japanese preferred to engage with clients from diverse markets with Asia Pacific
