Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Handle public written correspondences
  • Partner departments and public agencies to improve service quality and court user experience
  • Publicise and implement initiatives and resources to enhance court user service experience and motivate officers of the Judiciary to excel in service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be an advantage
  • Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply

Working Hours: Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30pm

Contract Period: 1 year

Salary: Up to $3600/month
