Assistant Manager

Job Scope:

You will work in partnership with environmental hygiene and compliance teams on the water quality results. You will be responsible for the following:

Stakeholder Engagement & Enquiries

. Handle feedback, enquiries from licensees and registered owners/operators

. Support pre-implementation briefings and post-implementation enquiry management during the transition period

. Work with IT team to resolve IT issues faced by stakeholders

Support for Compliance management

. Support team in their compliance investigations for enforcement that contravene the Environmental Public Health Act (EPHA) and their subsidiary legislations

. Extract and consolidate supporting documentation for review

. Assist team in the processing of ongoing monthly cases (failed results, non-submissions, feedback)

. Consolidate system issues for enhancements

. Retrieve and cross-reference information

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail

Working Hours: Office hours

Contract Period: 6 months

Salary: $20-22/hr
