You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including billing, collections, ticketing revenue reconciliations, aging analysis, and dispute resolution.
- Review AR invoices, sales journals, outstanding balances, and GST reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Singapore GST requirements.
- Guide and mentor AR team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP development to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate audit preparation, respond to audit queries, and strengthen internal controls process.
- Prepare reports on internal audits and financial analysis relating to revenue and accounts receivable and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
