From public areas, offices to hotels, restaurants, and cafs, our high-tech, commercial-grade solutions are designed to meet the demands of high-traffic, service-driven spacesblending sustainability with performance.

As we enter a high-growth phase in Singapore and beyond, we are seeking a commercially driven Assistant Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion across Commercial and HoReCa segments.

The Role: Your Impact
This is a consultative role for a professional who understands that water quality and accessibility are critical utilities across both commercial and hospitality environments. You won't just be selling equipmentyou'll be advising clients on end-to-end hydration and filtration strategies that enhance employee wellbeing, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

Your mission is two-fold:
1.Business Development: Drive adoption of our hydration and water filtration systems across Commercial and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs), building strong pipelines and new revenue streams.

2. End-to-End Project Management: Own and work with internal teams to manage the full project lifecyclefrom initial concept and needs assessment through system recommendation, tender, execution, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Relationship Building
  • Cultivate a deep network of Interior Designers (IDs), Architects, Developers, Workplace Consultants and Stakeholders to get our solutions specified in new commercial fit-outs.
  • Engage key stakeholders such as Facility Managers, Office Managers, and Hospitality Operators to position our hydration and filtration systems as essential infrastructure.

2. Strategic Pipeline & Project Management
  • Project Tracking: Own the lifecycle from initial design concept through to tender, award, and final installation.
  • Consultative Assessment: Evaluate client requirements (water usage, quality, capacity, space constraints) and recommend suitable water filtration systems and dispensing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, technical, logistics) and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a clear, data-driven view of active projects and opportunities.
3. Market Intelligence & Innovation
  • Identify emerging sustainability, workplace trends and new design firms to expand our market share.
  • Provide feedback on competitor positioning and clients need to help refine our hydration, filtration, and wellness proposition.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Account Management, or Solution Selling (experience in the commercial/built environment is a plus).
  • Consultative: You enjoy solving client problems and positioning quality solutions rather than just pushing a product.
  • Independent: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Growth-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting targets and the drive to develop new markets.
