About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Assistant Manager, Business Development to support and drive our global telecom partnerships.
This role focuses on supplier onboarding, commercial coordination, and deal execution, working closely with senior management to expand our eSIM and connectivity ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to global telecom partners (MNOs, MVNOs, aggregators)
- Support initial discussions and partnership exploration
- Maintain pipeline of potential suppliers across regions (EU, Asia, Middle East, US)
2. Commercial Coordination & Negotiation Support
- Assist in commercial discussions (pricing, prepayment, terms)
- Prepare benchmarking data across multiple suppliers
- Support negotiation process and follow up on key deal points
3. Contract & Onboarding Execution
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to move deals forward
- Track contract status and ensure timely progression
- Support onboarding process from signing to go-live
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with product, tech, and operations teams for partner integration
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and executed
- Help resolve onboarding and operational issues
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain partnership pipeline and status tracking
- Monitor onboarding progress and key metrics
- Support internal reporting on supplier performance
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Account Management
- Experience in B2B environment (telecom / tech / SaaS / payments preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
