This full-time opportunity sits within Seatrium's Investor Relations & Corporate Communications (IRCC) team, offering exposure to the full spectrum of integrated communications across Brand, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for a global, publicly-listed multinational Group and leading specialised engineering solutions provider for the offshore and energy sectors.
The ideal candidate has a passion for creative content, storytelling and visual branding. The candidate should also possess some experience in executing brand and digital campaigns, commercial / corporate events. This role requires the individual to be comfortable working across multiple creative formats and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and creative/communication agencies to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:
Branding, Digital and Content Marketing
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Seatrium's brand refresh, including championing and upholding Seatrium's new brand identity, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints and platforms throughout the Group to strengthen consistency and recognition of Seatrium's refreshed brand globally
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual standards across internal and external communications
- Develop and implement engaging, brand-led digital content for Seatrium's social media platforms and internal platforms to enhance visibility and engagement, including social media graphics, presentation visuals, event collaterals, short-form videos, photography and multimedia content and using digital tools for creating graphics and video editing
- Support the planning and management of Seatrium's content calendar across social and internal platforms
- Work with internal stakeholders to translate business updates, project milestones, and corporate announcements into compelling branded content and storytelling
- Increase engagement and visibility across platforms - develop and review corporate and marketing collaterals for internal and external audiences, including digital and multimedia assets
Event & Brand Experiences
- Deliver high-quality brand experiences at key corporate and commercial events such as international trade exhibitions, corporate events and high-level engagements
- Support the execution of corporate events, trade exhibitions, launches, and stakeholder engagements
- Work with agencies and vendors on exhibition booth design, event branding, and on-site visual experience
- Assist in the development of event-related creative materials, including digital screens, signage, videos, backdrops, and social media coverage
- Support on-site event coordination and content capture to enhance post-event storytelling and visibility
- Capture and curate photography and video content (could either be in-house or with vendors) during events, project milestones, launches, and corporate activities to support storytelling and post-event amplification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications,, Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in branding and/or digital marketing with some events management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interest in branding, visual storytelling, and creative communications
- Hands-on capabilities in graphic design, photography, videography and/or video editing
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools
- Good eye for design, aesthetics, and visual consistency
- Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated outcome-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills & collaborative mindset
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
