Job Title: Assistant Manager
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary:

• Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience: $13.64/hour (approx. $2,482.48/month)

• Degree holder: $20.77/hour (approx. $3,780.14/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and process applications for specialist accreditation and registration

• Liaise with applicants and employers on application-related matters

• Review, implement, and manage accreditation and registration policies

• Provide secretariat support for Board/Council and committee meetings

• Handle enquiries and maintain accurate records in the medical practitioners database

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply experience in regulatory, policy, or administrative roles is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good critical thinking, data analysis, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
