Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Assistant Manager to oversee casino product manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring strict quality control standards, and maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing processes for gaming products. The position requires strong operational management skills, experience in rigorous quality assurance, and the ability to manage manufacturing processes where product security and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations in casino product manufacturing
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications
- Maintain a highly secure production environment to ensure authenticity and traceability of casino gaming products
- Monitor security procedures throughout the production process to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with related departments to meet delivery deadlines
- Supervise and train production staff to maintain productivity, operational efficiency, and security procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality data
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production quality, security management, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in production management or supervisory roles
- Experience in manufacturing environments requiring strict quality and security control (experience in casino gaming products, regulated products, or high-security manufacturing is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and production management systems
- Ability to establish and maintain operational and security procedures within manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
