Assistant/ Manager, AI & Digital Transformation - Healthcare (2 Years Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve operational processes and user experience across the organisation

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, evaluate opportunities and recommend practical AI-enabled and workflow automation solutions

• Design, configure and enhance low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, UiPath or similar digital platforms

• Develop user guides, prompt libraries, playbooks and training resources to support effective adoption of digital tools

• Plan and conduct user onboarding, workshops, demonstrations and training sessions to build digital capabilities and AI literacy

• Manage digital transformation projects from planning through implementation, monitoring project timelines, deliverables, risks and stakeholder engagement

• Gather user feedback, evaluate solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational outcomes

• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and implementation updates to support governance and decision-making

• Promote responsible AI adoption by ensuring compliance with organisational policies, data governance and security requirements

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support organisation-wide digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Healthcare Administration/ Business/ Digital Transformation or related studies

• 5 - 8 years of working experience in digital transformation/ project management/ business process improvement/ AI adoption/ change management/ technology enablement

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath or similar low-code/no-code platforms will be highly preferred

• Strong understanding of workflow automation, user adoption and digital enablement methodologies

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams

• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users

• Excellent project coordination, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

• Proactive, adaptable and passionate about driving digital innovation and continuous improvement
