Assistant Manager, AGL Planning, Agro & Life Solutions Division

A) Job Description :

To support the management of the Agro & Life Solution Division (the Division) providing the following services:

a) Monitor and control the Division's performance and report its financial performance to the Company's management and Head Office in Japan
b) Support the Division's business departments (AgroSolutions and Environmental Health) in achieving their sales and profit targets
c) Support the business departments in developing and implementing new projects to expand the businesses
d) Coordinate strategies and internal control systems between the Company and its subsidiaries relating to the Division's businesses
e) Plan, propose, and lead optimization and innovation initiatives to drive the Division's growth
f) Investigate the causes of technical or operational issues related to business coordination and take appropriate corrective actions with relevant internal and external parties.

B) Skills Required :-
. Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) for reporting, communication, and discussion with the Head Office in Japan and overseas group companies

. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in AgroSolutions and Environmental Health businesses, such as pesticides (chemical and biological) and fertilizers

. At least 5 years of experience in management or providing support to subsidiary companies

. Knowledge of contracts, commercial matters, and finance

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Good problem-solving and analytical skills

. Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented

. Proactive and meticulous work attitude, with high integrity, strong professional ethics, and the ability to multitask

. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

C) Education Details :-

Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or related science from a reputable university.
