Provide hands-on general administrative support to corporate and operational teams
Prepare, process, and maintain administrative documentation including filing, data entry, scanning, records management, correspondence, reports, and forms
Coordinate and execute meeting arrangements, schedules, administrative logistics, and meeting room bookings
Manage office administration matters including office supplies, stationery, vendors, and service providers
Execute and manage company accommodation administration (Leasing arrangements and handovers, Maintenance coordination and issue resolution, Air-conditioning servicing, Liaison with property agents and landlords)
Handle company-wide flight and accommodation bookings as required
Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness (Coordinating cleaning schedules, Monitoring service quality, Following up with service providers to ensure proper execution)
Execute and maintain company asset administration (Asset issuance and allocation, Usage tracking and return, Maintenance of accurate asset registers)
Handle company vehicle administration (Road tax renewal, Insurance matters, Leasing arrangements, Related documentation and tracking)
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage
Able to work independently and handle administrative execution with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
